'Check in was excellent! I don’t speak Spanish :/ and the reception spoke excellent English. What a beautiful location in the mountains. The scenery from every area - our balcony, the restaurant, the pool - beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good. Overall - felt like we found a diamond in the rough. '

'Everything was fantastic, my host Joan was incredibly welcoming and helpful in making my experience in Bocas great.
I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows.
The food was delicious, especially the lobster!!
The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! Simply enjoyable. Highly recommend '

'We really liked that the staff was so helpful, friendly and outgoing especially to their non spanish speaking guests. The food was awesome, the beds so comfortable, the surroundings quiet and the views unbelievable. '
