'The hotel is clean, quite, peaceful and economical. It's not really at the same rate as the famous hotels like Hilton yet it has all the necessary things they have. Management is friendly and welcoming and they're there for you with anything you need they can get you and it's not that far from the airport and the prophet's Mosque. '

'The property was neat and clean on arrival. All the items that we needed for our 7 nights stay were at the site - as committed. The grocery store on the ground floor added an additional layer of convenience. Several quick service restaurants are just around the corner - literally a 5 minute walk away. Would I choose them when I return to Jeddah - ABSOLUTLEY YES.'

'I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. '

'New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage. "Walking distance from Haram. Do not take the bus to Haram. It takes you to a bus transfer station where you need to take another bus. Then you have to take another 10 minutes walk. From the hotel you just follow the main road in front of the hotel and it takes you direct to Haram after 20-25 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean. Only thing is the bed which was hard. But maybe other people like it that way. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Diner buffet is nice as well against a fair price. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. "
