'Kamer was schoon, en koelkastje aanwezig. Men was bezig met werkzaamheden maar weinig last van gehad. Het eten in restaurant had weinig variatie.'

'First time stay here and was pleasantly surprised at how the interior is not what you would expect from the exterior. It is every bit as nice as a similar resort in the area and a lot less expensive for a room. It makes up for a lesser view with the amenities and beautiful grounds. The dinner in the dining room was very tasty and reasonably priced. The room was good sized and comfortable. We did pay for spa services, and although they are a bit pricey the staff was great.'

'For the price that is being charged per night, the hotel could use more updates. The bed were really comfortable but the air in the room felt stale and humid. The TVs are old so they are not smart TVs where you can stream Netflix etc. The restaurant is ok, again, for the prices that are being charged, the chef could be a little more creative and more seafood options should be available. The food was good but not amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful.'

'Love this place and happy to be going there since it opened over 30 years ago It’s changed overtime with multiple different owners. Overall, this pace is still to out liking despite lack of the woodburning for our place, the resort fee and more recently the parking fee. In this particular case, the checkout staff was rude. We Asked for a late checkout (Mothers Day). After almost being berated, we were begrudgingly given until 11:30 AM. Then, I went from the front desk to the room and the...

'No sheets on beds, just duvet and mattress cover, lots of wooden stairs to climb to room, covered with gravel and tree debris, not safe. No hand towels, we asked for them and they said they do not carry them. Showers limited to 7 minutes. Cafe had good food and good servers.'
