'The staff was Luke warm at best. Not a single smile or any enthusiasm at all which wouldn’t be so bad but aside from the weekday overnight woman at the desk, they were all horrible. The common areas like the lobby were clean but that’s about it. The pool was murky as heck. They never unlocked the door. We had to ask for it to be opened at 1 pm but supposedly it opens at 9am. Expedia says it has a hot tub but it does not. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived. Check in was 3. We arrived at 3:45...

'Room was clean and well equipped. Unhappy that there were not enough carts to aid in unpacking and going to the 2nd floor. Also, on checkout day the ONLY elevator was not in operation, and we had to walk down steps with our belongings. My husband is 80yo and I am handicapped. It was extremely unpleasant departure!!!'

'Convenient to highway, great options for eating nearby, ample parking, and close to shopping. Hotel had nice pool. Lobby was large with plenty of space for hanging our with a group. The outdoor space was exceptional with large firepit and lots of seating. Rooms were larger than expected (bigger than Springhill Suites). Hotel recently opened and it's super clean with nice finishes. I appreciated that rooms had extra pillows and blankets so we didn't even have to ask. '

In room 211, the bathtub faucet never reaches the end, so the water will be lukewarm at best.
