'Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Dislikes - views of property show it much more beautiful than it is. The worst part, our kids couldn’t use the pool without a swim cap that had to be rented for 3 euros and pool towels being charged 5 euros. They need to make that clear in the communication. What’s the point of staying at a property where you have to pay to utilize the shown amenities?'
