'There was a large amount of visible black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in our first room. There was a medium amount of black mold on the ceiling of the second room they put us in. There was no visible mold in the bathroom of the third room, but that is probably because they simply changed out the drop ceiling panels in the shower area. The third room still smelled as moldy as the first two.'

'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '
