'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. 'The property itself was new and clean, however, it felt very sterile. I wouldn’t call what they serve in the morning an actual breakfast, more like packaged muffins. I was disappointed there was no shuttle service to the airport, however, the staff was very friendly.'

'One of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had in a “hotel” atmosphere we were in the area to pick up a new puppy and our host even came and brought us some old towels in case of puppy accidents. In the morning there was a nice continental breakfast with a fire going in the lobby. The location of this place coupled with the view and the welcoming atmosphere made this a 10/10 for us, I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.'
