'Great hotel'

'This place was amazing. The lodge was perfect for a large family and the staff were great. I would only suggest if you’re traveling with small children, make sure to bring plastic or paper plates, cups, etc. — all the dishes were heavy and breakable.'

'The staff was very kind and helpful attorney questions that we had. The grab and go breakfast was anything but that. Each morning the breakfast was so good that it had us going back for more. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. We would absolutely stay there again.'

'The staff was very nice and helped with problems. We had no coffee cups in our room. Also no tissues and soap. The soap holder in the shower stall was upside down empty. Also the reception for the TV was very bad.'

'Overall, we had a great stay. The staff informed us to park at the parking area behind the hotel but did not provide clear guidance. The signs where our car should be parked was very confusing. It was terrible to roam around with my 3 year son to figure out parking for over two hours. The airport shuttle was very helpful. Some items went missing from our bag which was slightly concerning. A lot needs to be improved at this facility.'

'The young woman that was working at the front desk the night we checked in was excellent. Friendly and good at her job. We got to our room and there weren't any pillows on the bed. I went back to the office and this same woman apologized and got us some pillows. The room wasn't dirty but there were some spots that could have been cleaned better. The bathroom fan was not working very well. Lastly, the shower water was nice and hot, but the pressure wasn't very good. For the price, I expected a...

'Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?'
