'My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

'Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location. '
