'Goed hotel op een fijne plek met een goede service, maar wel met een nogal rigide anti-rook beleid. Dit zou toch op een wat soepelere manier kunnen'

'Goede douche, goed bed. Ligging vlakbij strand. Mooi zwembad. Niet alle faciliteiten open:zwembad bar dicht, groot terras met mooi uitzicht dicht, alleen ontbijt en de keuken de rest van de dag dicht . Geen matrassen op de zwembad bedden. Oude meubels op balkon. Achterstallig onderhoud van hotel. Geen airport shuttle, wel taxi geregeld (tegen betaling) door hotel.'

'The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food and amenities were enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very frustrating check-in process. We waited over three hours past check-in time before our room was finally ready. To make up for the delay, we were assured by the front desk—and it was noted on our reservation—that we would receive a 2:00 PM late checkout the following day. However, at 12:00 PM the next day, our room keys stopped working. After returning...

The staff are so accommodating, warm, friendly, and inviting… I got there after check-in closed, not realizing that it was at 10 o’clock, and the hospitality extended to me, and my husband was absolutely refreshing. The grounds were meticulously landscaped. The pool seem so invited. Give me every feeling that I was in the tropics.. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying there the next time I am in Tobago!'
