'My family stayed at the motel six in Colchester for one night while my daughter ran the Burlington marathon on Memorial Day weekend. Our rooms were very clean and we felt safe all the time. Be aware that this hotel houses homeless people. People in their first floor leave their curtains open and it’s very evident that they are not there for a short day. All guests and residents were very respectful. I was satisfied with my stay for the price.'

'Smugglers Notch Inn is a charming place in northern Vermont. Just off of Route 15. Part of the property is 200 years old, the other part is more than 100 years old. 'Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. '
