'The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, the balcony, the master shower were spacious and the fridge was refilled daily with enough drinks. The extra bedroom and bathroom were a highlight although we didn't use them. The night shows were entertaining. The food was ok. The water was clean and warm. Great stay.'

'Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful place, with a beautiful staff. The resort is clean, with plenty of amenities for the whole family. El chef Ceasar is a culinary master, have him make you his camaron diabla plate. We'll be back again.'

'The pool is nice but it needs to be clean it has small black dots of mold. It needs attention for sure. Other than that everything was great, loved the spa. '

'This was our 6th time staying at this property, pretty much the whole staff is nice, but specially the staff at: the beach (Eduardo/Juan/Daniel), the Vella buffet (Norma/Isela/Medardo, and Marcos who makes the omelets), Auma restaurante (Rodrigo/Donovan), Israel working the kayaks, and Eduardo (pechocho) (who was working all over the place), this people went above and beyond to make us feel special, thank you all.'
