'Este hotel es increíble. Situado en una bahía muy tranquila con staff muy servicial. No es muy grande lo cual da mucha privacidad. Las instalaciones son premium. La comida es increíble con un toque local en cada platillo. No es barata la comida pero vale cada peso. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cómodas. Lo único que desearía es que tuviera un gimnasio pero aparte de esto es todo muy bueno. Definitivamente volveré '

'The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was stunningly decorated for Día de Muertos. ​The location is perfect, too, as it's within easy walking distance of the Tlaquepaque: El Pueblo Mágico. I absolutely loved this hotel and am so grateful for the wonderful experience my dad and I had; it truly made us happy.'

The staff is very friendly and was attentive to my needs . Food is delicious and their infinity pool is gorgeous with a beautiful view of lake Patzcuaro and surrounding mountains and their beautiful gardens .'
