'The house is very nice. In a small neighborhood. It’s on the southern end of Lake Charles which means less traffic. Still close enough to get to your favorite eating spot in no time. Since we were coming for a downtime weekend, we enjoyed the oversized couch and big screen tv. There is a utility room in the garage with a laundry set. Perfect to wash clothes before coming home. Highly recommend! The owner was great about responding if you had questions. '

'We had an amazing time. This was the best put together VRBO I have stayed at. We needed nothing! Everything was there. Everything was easy. The elevator was super convenient, fishing from the deck was awesome, and we even went duck hunting with a guide. We brought our boat and used the boat lift. It was perfect! We even had a Harry Potter day. '

"Tamelijk onbeschoft personeel en erg onbehulpzaam. Auto stond redelijk dichtbij het hotel. Ik vroeg als ik een kar kon lenen voor mijn bagage. Dit werd geweigerd. Auto moest eerst maar eens voor het hotel staan. Hiervoor dwingt het hotel om je parkeerplaats op te geven. Aangezien ik een ongeluk had gehad en ook zichtbaar was. Weigeren ze je gewoon te helpen. Bij het inchecken ook onbeschoft en erg onverstaanbaar. Ik twijfel niet aan mijn Engels na meer dan 20 jaar in de VS gewoond te hebben. Je mag met je zware babage naar je kamer over onhandig dik tapijt die door het hele hotel ligt. Je kan je koffer niet tijden, maar tillen. Dan berekenen na afloop nog $ 20,00 resort fee voor faciliteiten die gesloten zijn! Dit was een slechte ervaring"
