'The communication with staff on my day of arrival went well; unfortunately, highway traffic delayed my arrival time but the innkeeper was pleasant and let me know how to access my room after-hours. The location of the inn is ideal for restaurants, a quaint downtown scene, and to nearby Augusta. 'Kim in food service did am outstanding job ensuring we were well tended to during the complimentary breakfast. Honestly she went way above and beyond and deserves a spot bonus and/or raise, as she is one of the main reasons we'll probably return. Ebony in guest service did a great job as well!

'I can't say enough about this hotel! We came under difficult circumstances at 1 a.m. They treated us like family, so warm and accommodating. When they learned we were in town for our niece's wedding the whole staff signed a card for the newlyweds! Just an exceptional culture.'

'Just know that rooms are cleaned with mew towels at 9ish. If your "in room" sign is still on the door when they walk by, then your out of luck. You can get clean towels at the ftont drsk though.
