'The staff was very nice and they welcomed our dog as a last minute addition to our room with no issues. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The bathroom was a bit small but it worked for what we needed. The only complaint that we had was the breakfast. They kept the most minimal items available (ex. one biscuit, etc.). We ended up going to one of the local restaurants nearby both mornings. All in all, we will stay here again when visiting family. '

'The room was absolutely disgusting, nothing like the pictures. Was supposed to have a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The bed was as hard as a board, and the pull out couch/bed look like they just fished it out of a dumpster. You couldn’t even sleep on it because of how dirty it was. 'The 1st room had a used syringe with blood what's on the stove. So I asked for a different room. The corner of the dresser had fallen off in this room. There was no pillows. I asked the housekeeper that was in the hallway for pillows and he replied somebody must have taken them off the bed so you have to go downstairs and ask for some. And when I went downstairs to ask for some the guy at the desk who had just slept out of there checking and room said there was three pillows just on the bed....

'Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner'
