'The house is very pleasant with an off street parking space. The host was quick to respond when I couldnt find bathroom towels - the linen closet was hiding behind the open bathroom door, that's on me. '

'This VRBO was very clean and inside a lovely, self-built home. We had no complaints, however, the listing could have been clearer that the owner and family live in the other half of the house and have access to walk into the renter's half of the house at any point. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to a large group. The house has lots of wildlife, which offers a relaxing stay in the woods. '

'Great property, exactly as listed. Clean and comfortable. We had beautiful weather and spent most of our time sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the lake. Will definitely add to our favorites for future visits.'

'This was a wonderful, well-equipped property. We loved being able to walk over to the river walk to see the rowing teams practicing. The guidebook that the property owner put together was very helpful in identifying places to eat and visit. I highly recommend a visit to old town. We were fortunate enough to catch the blues festival while we were there. We will definitely visit Lansing again!'

'The home was very clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend away. The owner answered us quickly when we had a question about the door lock. The stairs are quite steep but there is a handrail on both sides which is helpful for older people. There is a tv in the upstairs bedroom which wasn’t mentioned and a cozy chair. We arrived very late and there was no lights on the outside which made it hard to find our way in. There was a Keurig in the kitchen with creamer. A welcomed morning...

'Kitchen stocked with many staples. We left a few beers for the next guest. Location was great. Near where we were heading locally. The size of the property was good so there was a lot of room to stretch out in the evening. '

'My new in-law family stayed here to be in town for our wedding. They enjoyed the house and the property. Wonderful kitchen! We really loved the outdoor spaces! The pets were happy as well. While we didn't realize the two upstairs rooms would have little privacy from each other, the situation worked for our group. We will use this home again in future for family get-togethers.'

'We very much enjoyed your well appointed property in Lansing. We used the kitchen to prep both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners for our elderly parents to enjoy at their condo. Will definitely keep this on the list for our next trip to visit family!'

'Owners gave precise instructions on unlocking/locking home. Very clean inside, bedrooms were very comfortable. Fire pit was fabulous to have as the evenings were cool. The local town, Laingsburgh, was VERY friendly with wonderful places to eat. We highly recommend Tammy’s Bakery and cafe for breakfast, Two Dog Saloon and the Graham Vineyard & Winery. '
