Welkom bij de hut "Evans 'Heaven"! Een prachtig huis aan het meer, 5 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 2 verdiepingen tellende huis in de gated Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC). Een perfect huis voor uw familie en vrienden om een vredige, ontspannen vakantie te ervaren. Hier kunt u genieten van kristalhelder water, spectaculaire zonsondergangen en het verbazingwekkende berglandschap dat Lake Almanor te bieden heeft vanaf onze eigen aanlegsteiger (mei-okt) of groot dek. Verzamel rond de propaan vuurplaats voor een goed gesprek. Een propaan BBQ is op het gangboord voor grillen gebruik.
Het hoogste niveau van het huis heeft een ruime Great Room met een slaapbank, open haard en TV. Maak uw favoriete maaltijden in de volledig uitgeruste keuken en verzamel rond de grote eettafel. Er is een slaapkamer met een queensize bed, een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een stapelbed en een complete badkamer. De Game Room heeft een slaapbank met Franse deuren voor gebruik als een extra slaapkamer.
De bovenverdieping heeft een eigen slaapkamer met een queensize bed, een complete badkamer en wasmachine / droger. De Grandkid-kamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed. Het hok is een rustige plek om te lezen. Er is een Pack 'n Play draagbare wieg en kinderstoel voor het kleinste lid van uw gezin.
Wij zijn gevestigd binnen de poorten van de prachtige Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC). Het gebied biedt een mooie privé-golfbaan, driving range en putting green. Maak lange wandelingen door de rustige buurt, waar u de vele herten ziet die het LACC thuis noemen. Er zijn twee recreatiegebieden (Rec # 1 en Rec # 2) met boothellingen, stranden, speeltuinen, tennisbanen, pickleballbanen, jeu de boulesvelden, basketbalvelden, picknickterreinen en amfitheater met een wekelijkse Summer Concert Series gepland. Je familie en vrienden zullen veel te doen vinden als ze niet op het water zijn! Rec # 2 ligt heel dicht bij ons eigendom, dus het lanceren van je waterscooter is een fluitje van een cent.
Naast de LACC-golfbaan zijn er 2 golfbanen in de buurt van Bailey Creek en Almanor West. Het charmante stadje Chester ligt op slechts enkele minuten met restaurants, winkels en seizoensgebonden activiteiten.
Een boei en een eigen aanlegsteiger zijn voor u tijdens uw verblijf. Ook is een tandem-kajak beschikbaar voor onze huurders - er worden verschillende reddingsvesten verstrekt, maar het is het beste om deze zelf mee te nemen om een goede maatvoering te garanderen.
We zijn op zoek naar mensen die willen genieten van een prachtige, rustige omgeving met familie en vrienden. Prachtige herinneringen wachten op je in "Evans 'Heaven"! Boek vandaag nog uw verblijf bij ons!

Beautiful and relaxing. Spent nights on the patio around the fireplace. Enjoyed the dock. It’s over 180 steps down to the dock, so we all got in much better shape while we were there. The owners were helpful and responsive.

Evan’s Heaven!!

We had the most wonderful vacation in Lake Almanor Country Club. There is nothing better than being at the lake. Connie and Jerry were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place.

Lake Almanor Gem

This lovely property checks all the boxes for a large family gathering. With tons of square footage, a well appointed kitchen and a huge deck with a firepit table, it is a rare find. Great place to stay

We had an amazing trip to Lake Almanor for Labor Day. We have been staying with friends for years since our kids were little and now they are older and bringing extras so we needed a second house to fit all of us. This house did not disappoint. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was awesome and the boat dock was very convenient.Thank you for renting to us!

Life at the Lake

This property is large, well maintained and perfectly located for a large family group, reconnecting and enjoying all that Lake Almanor has to offer: swimming, sailing, boating, racket sports, golf, biking, walking, fishing. We did it all. The hosts were only a text away and responsive to our questions and concerns. And the view from the deck is spectacular.

Simply Amazing

Our stay here was perfect. The house and location are amazing. The views are stunning and the amount of activities nearby are awesome. Our kids, 4 & 6 had an absolute blast. The house has a kids play room where they spent most of their inside time. Outside we would hang on the deck enjoying the view or go down to the dock and fish/swim or go to the beach (Rec1 was our favorite). Honestly don’t have one bad thing to say, we’re already planning our trip back next summer!

Dads getaway

Nice big well stocked home with a beautiful view, lake access and private dock. We spent the weekend fishing and paddling around the lake, catching some afternoon games, bbqing steaks, and telling tall tales on the big deck at the end of the day. Jerry and Connie were great hosts and easy to work with.

Beautiful Lake Almanor

We had an awesome time while at Lake Almanor! The house was just beautiful inside and out with a view that you can’t stop looking at. Very accommodating for our boat as the boat launch was just minutes away and the safety of being in the country club. Really liked all the “little “ extras like the foil, Saran Wrap , multiple coffee pots and etc in the kitchen. We will be making Lake Almanor a yearly destination!

great stay, great hosts!

Connie and Gerry have a wonderful house and were very good at communication and very nice hosts. I'd say the only negative aspects to the house are the 180 some steps down to the dock but we solved that pretty easily by having one or two people take the boat over to the ramp and everybody else drive over there with the coolers and folks going out on the boat. We were hoping for some nicer mattresses but after all it is a vacation cabin and all in all we had a wonderful time!

Home Away from Home

We had the most wonderful stay at Evan's Heaven! It was the perfect mix of new and old giving it that homey cabin feel. The hosts make it so comfortable with all the amenities. They are also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our kids had a blast jumping in and swimming off the dock, and there was a buoy for our boat. The deck was also a favorite with a beautiful lake view and firepit. It is a long way up a flight of stairs from the dock to the house which is great if you are looking for some exercise...not so great if you have bad knees. We can't wait to stay here again.

Exceptional property!

This was our third time staying at Evans Heaven and have already made reservations for next year’s stay. It’s a beautiful home well appointed with a phenomenal view from the deck of the lake. The grandkids loved walking out to the private dock in the morning and fishing off the side and then spending the rest of the day on paddleboard’s, kayak and floats. The water was warm and perfect for swimming. Game room has any board game you can imagine and also many other things for indoor or outdoor fun. Great location, property, wildlife viewing and fantastic owners! Thank you Connie and Jerry

This place was absolutely amazing. Wow. The owners were wonderful and very easy to talk to. The house was perfect for our 2 families that included kids ranging from babies to 7 yr olds. The high chair and pack n play were super helpful. We are already dreaming about a return trip!

Golf Trip

Stayed at property with four guys who went to school together 50 years ago. Our primary purpose was to play golf at Bailey Creek Golf Course, Lake Almanor Country Club and Lake Almanor West golf courses. Also rented a patio boat one morning to tour the Lake from the water. Because of time of year (water temp 68 degrees) we did not use the floating dock nor go swimming. Beautiful view of the Lake from the deck of the house. The home is well appointed with everything needed. There are 2 bedrooms suitable for adults and a den with a fold out couch downstairs and one bathroom downstairs. There is a master bedroom with bath upstairs as well as a child's room with a small bed not suitable for an adult. There is also a very large television downstairs with Roku streaming. Bring your sign in information and passwords to access HBO, Prime Video, etc. The home is very well maintained and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival.

Beautiful house. Sat and watched the lake every morning with my coffee. My granddaughters (10,8,3 years) we excited to see all the games and toys. Used BBQ and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Exciting mountain weather. Sun,rain hail,thunder, lightning and earthquake. We enjoyed it all.

We rented this home for our annual girls’ trip and it is now one of our favorite VRBOs. The home is beautiful, and the view is beautiful. All the furniture was clean, high quality and really comfortable and the home was well stocked with everything we needed . We had a great time. We did have one issue that came up, but the owners were very communicative and helpful. Five stars!

Cozy Little Slice of Heaven

This home was absolutely amazing and the views were stunning! We had the best time celebrating the New Year! Home was well equipped with almost everything you could think of and extremely clean! A cozy Thanksgiving holiday at Evans Heaven!

Our family spent the Thanksgiving holiday at the Evans home and our trip was spectacular. The house felt like a home away from home - it was decorated for the holidays and every detail was thought of. Lakefront Fun in Snow!

Amazing! This place was incredible! Looking out at lake was so relaxing! There were so many games and toys for every age. We had our six grandchildren and there were games for every age. The only rule we had was to put one away before starting next game. The home has wood walls, impeccable clean, Perfect for everyone. We enjoyed the sledding, snow angels and hiking. We want to come back to enjoy the kayaks and other water toys!
