The lady of the property took time to ring and advise me of the spa not working properly, as it wasn’t working when we stayed a couple days before hand. she wanted to know how we felt about still booking before she took the payment out 😊 that was top notch 👌 not only that, she also went and warmed the room up for us as we were arriving 5 minutes before the last check in time at 7pm, so it was nice n cosy when we got in. Awesome service

Forgot some sunglasses in the room… rang to confirm and staff checked the room for us straight away and secured the glasses until we got there to pick it up… didn’t even have to get out of the car as they brought it straight to us 👍

Leaves blowing into the room under the door. Mould in the shower. Broken blinds. Water leaking from the fridge. Old and outdated bedside tables and dirty patio chairs and table. Staff not good at English so they don't understand you properly.

Thanks for your kindly remind. First we shall clarify that this room is specially designed for disabled people. So the door is totally accessible and the bedsides stand should not be too heavy. Sorry for the misconduct of fridge. We promise it won't happen again. We already replaced the 2 side windows with new blinds. And we will pay attention to outdoor patio maintenance. And we are willing to improve our English to band 9 in ielts!

Pool was out of order, understandable, spa was not clean. Check your units there is one without kitchen but has no electric fry pan, this was disappointing as stayed several times and always had a kitchen. I could not cook the meal I brought which was frustrating.

Maintenance is almost non existant..on check-in we were advised the pool (one of the reasons we chose the motel) was out of service and would be for the whole 3 days of our stay. Our room (groundfloor, unit 4) had numerous maintenance issues. Power point by main bed hanging off, bathroom towel rail broken, shower door leaked so puddle on bathroom floor. TV cabling run down bathroom wall then through to lounge. Kitchen crockery non matching items. Motel is really budget in facilities yet not a budget price. We seldom got to park in front of our unit due to other vehicles parked there. Suspect long term guests as vehicles left in same place several days. Could here upstairs and neighbouring guests thru the night. Wouldnt stay again!

Dirty window blinds. Didn't sleep well, noisy cars around the neighborhood. Shower drain was clogged. Had a quick shower otherwise will flood the bathroom. Didn't bother having a shower before check out, just checked out and drive straight home.

You had to get kitchen water from the bathroom and the kitchenette was really small. The beds and the shower were excellent, overall I was happy with my stay

The cleanliness was excellent. The lighting in the bedroom and bed overhead in lounge was poor. The bedroom lighting was so bad that you almost needed a torch to check if light was on. There was no smoke alarm, just the holder. The toaster was dangerous as one couldn't get toast out without using a knife. The noise started at about 0530 and continued until about 0800 and with headlights shining through the curtains sleep was impossible. I would stay there again. Pool looked clean and ok, didn't see hot tub.

Good sized room and bathroom. Towels, bathmat and flannels in bathroom were pretty old and well worn but otherwise a pleasant place to stay with a nice outdoor pool which was great to use after a hot day.

Absolutely terrible and not worth the money. Mattress completely done, so soft, my back hurts so much. Not super clean, in the hot tub were stuff swimming around. It was raining like crazy and it was super windy and the windows were closed and we still felt the draft and it was super noisy. Wanted to talk to the staff but they didn’t open the door (front desk door was locked) Via hand sign I was told to drop the key in the drop box. Not worth the money. No elevator, no ice, no comfort, no service. Never again! Not worth the money

Unfortunately the room we had was damp and unclean, there was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower tray filled with water and spilled over onto the floor, which explains the green slime ring, there was black mould growing on the windows and an old piece of biscuit on the floor, my two year old tried to eat. Sorry, it was just very dirty, the room needs a proper deep clean, at $262 a night, I expected more.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. This was our second stay here and was pleasant. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable 😕, other then that we were happy with our stay.
