Please note that prior to your stay, a $500 security deposit hold is required. This hold is temporary and will be automatically released after your stay, provided there are no damages. Additionally, all guests are required to submit a photo ID during the booking process. Please note that smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fee will apply if violated. Likewise, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding
