'Hotel was Okay. But when we wanted tot eat in the Restaurant below we walked away. Their was sufficient place in the restaurant but seats were reserved. Can happen - no problem. So we were asked to sit and wait. Another couple was waiting and they just got something to drink. The staff was very busy so after 10 min we asked if we also could get a drink. But we were reuqested to go to the next door bar. Yeah sure... no way - what an awfull place. Never coming back again!'

'Eigenaresse meertalig, waaronder Nederlands. Weet veel te vertellen over de omgeving, activiteiten en zeker over wandelen in de (verre) omgeving. Gewoon prima! '

'A lovely stay - wish I'd had more time there. Loved the cosy reception area with the open fires, esp since it was lashing rain outside. Room very comfortable and quiet with soft lighting and black out curtains.'

'Het betreft een oude villa, welke is omgebouwd tot een kleinschalig hotel. De vroegere bewoonster fungeet als hoofd van de "huishoudelijke dienst". De dienstmeisjes gedrage zich zoals dat vroeger in deze privékringen ook gebeurde.mde hotelgasten ziijn vooral oudere koppels. De sfeer is chique-oubollig en niet geschikt voor jonge mensen. Sommige personeelsleden doen buitengewoon bazig tegenover de oudere gasten (zoals je dat ook in verzorgingstehuizen ziet gebeuren). De uitgeoefende druk om in...

'Ouvane Falls is a lovely hotel with kind staff. The village (15 min drive) has a lovely pub 'Quays' for a great meal and friendly staff. '

'Absolutely beautiful hotel. I stayed at this hotel when it was the East End hotel as a child but it's totally different now. They rebuilt the whole thing including a swimming pool below. The staff were amazing, spotless spacious rooms, great location, amazing breakfast freshly cooked to order, wish we could have stayed longer. I have family around Schull so we will be back. '

'Definitely a good hotel, but for the price (€330 a night) I would expect more, such as coffee&tea making facilities, minibar, aircon, swimming pool/spa. Breakfast not in line with the hotel’s rating.'

'Beautifully restored 1790 hotel. Room was very comfortable. There is a pub and a restaurant in the hotel. The staff was great. Excellent location!'

'Tijdens onze Wild Atlantic Way tocht hebben mijn vrouw en ik in dit hotel in een mooie schone en ruime kamer overnacht. Ons diner hebben wij genoten in de hotelbar waar een uitstekende maaltijd ons werd geserveerd. '

'A very nice place to stay in Baltimore. Just outside the centre with a beautiful view of the chanel. Margaret is really nice and helpfull. She serves a great breakfast.'
