'I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process'

'The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property.
Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

'The rooms are central, so that is a plus, but apart from that I found the rooms overpriced for what you got, self service checkin, no staff, and the one person I spoke to on the phone was actually rude. Rooms are not cleaned at all during a multi day stay, Parking is not easy as the car park next door fills up quickly, not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. Would I stay their again, no!'
