'The property was great in the photos and the space appeared generally as advertised. However, the stairs to enter the basement apartment are crumbling, the blind on the door window was ripped. There were weeds surrounding the path to get to the stairs. The walls were dirty and the dishwasher was not unloaded prior to our arrival. The cushion on the couch in the living room is sagging and missing filling in some areas and very uncomfortable as a result. The office area had a Foosball table but...
