'Very poor experience at this hotel. Location is NOT well signed. Took several times of driving by to find it. We were given a 2nd floor room and there is no elevator. When we asked to change, the staff was pretty snide, saying "you should have known that and requested a 1st floor room to begin with." If this information is NOT noted in the hotel description and you have never stayed at this brand before, how would you know. No offer to help us upstairs with the bags. '

'This place exceeded my expectations!!! The beds were comfortable, perfect room temperature, cleanliness, love that the rooms are bigger than your standard double bed rooms, the couch was bigger than most couches in other hotels which is much more comfortable to sit and sleep on, love the interior look, love love the walk in closet!!!!! Having that walk in closet helped keep the room look cleaner from all the clothes being tossed around and luggage’s being put out of the way for ease of the room....

'The stay was great, but they put up a lot of resistance to early checkin. I was looking to get into the room at 2pm and their normal checkin time is 3pm. When I arrived there was only one other car in their parking lot and that night the place was not busy. They could have just let me check in an hour early. Should not have been a difficult request.

"Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Geen gebruik gemaakt vh zwembad. Was echt top allemaal voor een redelijke prijs. "
"Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten.
