'The property was exactly as it was presented in the listing! We have stayed at several other places this year visiting our daughter at LSU and this will be our new go too! Neighborhood was lovely and it was modern and clean! We had a couple of questions and he got back to us immediately! Can’t wait to stay there again '

'Very nice house! Extremely accommodating and responded immediately to any concerns or questions that we had. One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. Also, it would have been nice if there were blinds on the front door. You can clearly see inside of the house at night and it doesn't offer any privacy. 'This was a great stay during family weekend at LSU. It was a convenient 25 minute walk to campus and 15 minute walk to Tiger Stadium. While the area around the property didn’t feel the safest, I felt completely safe at the property and loved that there was a gated and secure parking lot for my rental car. 'We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The pictures matched the in-person vibe. The location is ideal as it’s near the freeway and major roads, and in a quiet neighborhood. 'I had a great time at this property. The property was well maintained, and I had great communication with the owner. All questions and inquiries that I had was responded to in a timely manner. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. The house and property were great and when I come back to Baton Rouge, I will definitely look for this property.'
