An entire newly renovated, two story guesthouse on our 8 acre property in the Poconos with complete privacy including parking, patio, catfish pond and large fire pit. Guests can enjoy the large kitchen with eat in island, large dining room table and living room den upstairs. Located between Nescopeck State Park and Hickory Run State Park.
The space
The home has a separate driveway and parking area from the main house. The first floor has a dining room area and full kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Upstairs, there is a living room den with TV and couches, as well as a desk for office use. There are two bedrooms with doubler size beds, as well as a twin bed and couch in common area. Two bathrooms with one on each floor. Common areas receive natural light with sky lights and large windows.
Outdoors, there is a double door leading to a patio with outdoor seating and coal grill. Patio overlooks catfish pond where guests can fish with supplied fishing poles. Vast grass area for ball games and trampoline. Large fire pit alongside the woods for our guests to use and enjoy. Can supply up to three bikes upon guests' request.
Activities: The home is right between beautiful Nescopeck State Park and Hickory Run State Park. Hickory Run State Park (6 miles) has a beach on the lake for swimming, many hiking trails, extensive biking routes and boulder field. Nescopeck State Park (13 miles) has beautiful hiking and biking trails as well as fishing.
The home is 15 miles from Split Rock Resort which has an Indoor Waterpark and lake with beach swimming.
Also for the skiers out there, where are conveniently located 25from Big Boulder (22mi) and Jack Frost (17mi)
