'We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a cozy, welcoming feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. One of the highlights was the peaceful surroundings. 'Location was quaint and check in very easy. Host was communicative. However, ACs were finnicky. Kitchen and living room subject to arctic blasts while rooms overheated and suddenly turn off. Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless...

'House was great! Layout was perfect for our large group, having a living room and a separate family room as well. Kitchen was large and had every pot, pan, appliance and utensil for usage. Dining table was huge and fit our group perfectly. Game room was fun. Hot tub was clean and heated upon our arrival. Great location; close to all. Will definitely stay again. Thank you! '
