'Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway. 'Weliswaar een heringedeeld hotel, maar dar is to v h geen excuus om geen wifi te hebben??? Verder nogal oubollige inrichting. Vorm sommigen zal dat een huiselijke sfeer geven; aan mij was het niet besteed. Ik vond het voral kneuterig.'

'We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.'
