'Clean room. Polite and very pleasant hostess. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was the location of the bathroom in the guest room beside us. Adjacent to the beds in our room. Otherwise we found the room was perfect together with the location.'

'I stayed for one night and left early the next morning for a tour. The room was clean and well-maintained. Thanks to the friendly staff who checked me in after hours. I highly recommend this hotel.'

'Friendly and helpful staff members. Room was clean and the city view was amazing.'

'No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it'
