'The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Tracy at the front desk. Breakfast is better than average for the type. The room and hotel were very clean. However, the bed is very uncomfortable. I woke several times during the night and the mattress was so hard my feet kept falling asleep. Also, the curtains are short so the room was never completely dark which contributed to my poor sleep.'

'This is the best hotel in the Youngstown area for location and style. There was a wedding and a prom going on the night we were there, so we didn't get the room type we had reserved. We were told that reservations through Hotels.com (Expedia) are always overbooked and it's to be expected that the preferred room type isn't necessarily available. Our room was also near some sort of plumbing, so all night long we heard flushing and other water flow noises. The hotel bar is nice, but it closes...

'Helaas geen bar, lounge of aangewezen plek om te overleggen. Was bekend, maar wel erg kaal en sober. De 'lobby' is direct naast de entree/schuifdeur, allerminst comfortabel. Zwembad is onmogelijk klein. Erg gehorige kamers, verkeersgeluid is ook erg aanwezig. Geen luchtverversing, behalve dan een blower die erg veel geluid maakt. Koelkast maakt erg veel geluid. Beide apparaten de eerste nacht direct uitgeschakeld. van alle hotels die ik heb bezocht is dit een van de minst prettige.'
