'This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. 'This hotel is brand new. Breakfast was great! There were plenty of options available for breakfast. Weekend bartender was great and great Customer Service. They have specials for food and beveages. Nighttime hotel Manager made sure to check on all guests and made sure they were doing okay. He was also very personable. Room and hotel stayed clean. Parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff. No complaints.'
