'Communication was poor; it took hours just to receive check-in instructions. Upon arrival, the on-site manager met me outside and announced that my booked unit didn't have AC, switching me to a different one. While clean, this substitute unit lacked basic amenities: it had no bathroom sink and no full kitchen (only a microwave and mini-fridge). I had to brush my teeth and shave at the kitchen sink, even moving a mirrored picture from the bathroom just to see myself. Additionally, the TV didn't...

'I was surprised at the layout when we arrived. Front door entrance you walk right onto the first bedroom, small, then into a tiny hallway where there was a small table that hosted a coffee machine and hotplate. Then into a little larger 2nd bedroom with a shared attached bathroom. As far as a kitchenette, it was not. No small sink to wash or get water from. Microwave and small toaster oven in the larger bedroom with a tiny undercounter refrigerator! We had 4 people staying. BBQ grill was...

10/10 Voortreffelijk
Everything was great. The only thing thats is annoying are the outside fans of the ac's from the rooms.
If you have a room with a balcony, one of the wall has a AC outlet from the room right next to your room, and those things make a lot of noise when they are on! So forget sitting quiet and peacefully on your balcony.
