'The place was charming and immaculate. It was so tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious, modern cuisine. Jake and Caroline were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We intend to return for a whole weekend very soon.'

'Other than the bathroom sink being smaller than I would like, this is a great spot. Sonya and Brittany were extremely welcoming and the Town of Roscoe is adorable. Also make a reservation at the Farmhouse Italian, it is outstanding and very reasonable.

'We enjoyed our stay very much. For me, the tastefully appointed rooms, mellow vibe and friendly atmosphere really hit the mark. For my husband, the comfortable bed and walkable location. For both of us, the tapas dinner and breakfast options were top notch! We would highly recommend it and would return again if the fishing calls us back to the area.'

'Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.'

'Great stay and a very quiet and relaxed upscale property. Staff knew who we were before we arrived and were ready a willing to assist to ensure any specific wants or needs were met. The surrounding forest and lake were large and completely open for exploring. Rooms are huge and incredibly well appointed. Food is 5 star for breakfast, lunch and dinner. '

'They have a complimentary breakfast, but nothing diabetic friendly available. They have a great list of nearby restaurants witch helped us choose a dinner option and breakfast spot.
Hight notes, beautifully decorated building, beautifal landscape. Fire pits for nighttime comfort. All in all loved every bit of it!!'

'Two things completely ruined our experience.
First, we got food poisoning from dinner at the restaurant, which left us unable to eat the next morning and feeling unwell for the rest of the trip.
Second, there is a fire station across the street, and their sirens are extremely loud - enough to wake you up. Worse, the hotel had a fire alarm going off throughout the night. Around 5am, it finally triggered a response from the fire department, waking everyone up.
