'We stayed in this cabin for two nights with our dog and it was very peaceful and fun! The cabin has a campfire, lots of batteries for charging, lights, battery fans, etc. There were many long walking trails with fun activities; like kayaking, axe throwing, a pizza oven… Exactly what we were looking for! Would stay again! '

'The cottage is just lovely, very “Maine”, newly redone and extremely comfortable. Communication with the host was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

'Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! The views can't be beat. Want to kayak? Want to canoe? Conveniently located...

'We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. It’s a great spot for guests of all ages, and we truly felt at home. We’re already planning to book this cabin again next year!'

It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. 'Our third stay was just as charming as the first two. The beauty of the lake, the serene accommodations and locale cannot be topped. The apartment is so cozy and comfortable. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this is our favorite. We'll be back.'

'We loved our short stay at the carriage house. It’s beautifully renovated and high quality everything. Perfect for two people. Easily 4 if you don’t mind sharing space a bit. We would have loved to Spend more time but we were in and out a lot. Not far from downtown waterfront. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs. '

'So quiet but pretty close to shops. The camp has all needed amenities. Sunsets were unreal right from the deck. We swam right off the dock. Kayaks were a bonus. The screened porch is perfect for curling up with a book and listening to the loons. The high speed internet made it so I could work from there which I had to during the week. Ideal camp.'

'We loved this property and had a great time staying here. It was clean and check in/check out were a breeze. Nothing better than a cup of coffee on the porch watching the wildlife on the water in the morning!'

'The property in Westport was wonderful. Located right on a large river connecting to the ocean. Lots to see from the wraparound deck looking out over the water. The home was spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as high end appliances. A nice unusual feature was two vintage pinball machines in the lower level of the home. We would definitely rebook this property if we travel to the Boothbay Harbor/Wiscasset area again.'

'Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. '

'This is an incredible property! The host was even better. Super communicative and friendly. The land is absolutely gorgeous. The back deck area was perfect for hanging out with friends. Everything was amazing!I would look out for getting the right address in your gps. A few of our friend’s apps autocorrected them to a town about 15 mins away from the property. If you are lucky enough to book here you will LOVE it!'
