I have traveled 3rd world countries that were better than this. the room stunk. the halls were worse. the pool was green and had things growing in it. it has not been useable for a very long time. there is wiring run exposed everywhere. when you ask the staff for something they ack as if you are putting them out. the homeless that are walking around the place wouldn't stay there.'

'I booked a "superior room" on Expedia at a slightly higher cost. The bill from Oneida CM said "standard room". I sent a message to OCM asking in what way my room is "superior", but I didn't get an answer. The "superior" room pictured on Expedia (with red curtains) does exist, but I was assigned a somewhat smaller room than it. All guest rooms in OCM have private baths (this is not made clear on Expedia) and I advise future guests to save their money and book standard rooms. Otherwise the...
