'The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again'

'I sent a message a couple of days ago regarding cutting our trip short because of my 84 yo father’s inability to keep his balance on the gravel walkways afraid he might fall or break a hip. The lady said you would give us a refund for the unused days. We only stayed 1 day. Please let me know.'

'Looks just like in the photos provided. Very cute little tiny home. Only negatives were that the couch was visible old and seemed like I could break at any moment and the bathroom had a sewage smell after using the shower. Other than that very cute and fun time and they provided everything you would need during your stay.'

'The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine.'

'The property was very cleaned and had most of every day issues (sheets/towels/pots and pans/dishware/ and more). The couch was the best ever nap I've ever had in a while. The bed too was comfortable to sleep. I would recommend this place to chill out and decompress from every day life.'

'Had a great weekend with the family! The house is beautiful and very clean!! Which i am sure is a challenge after every visit because of the sandy beach! Great house,fire pit,cornhole boards,beach is very close,horseshoe pit! We felt very at home here! Would stay again!'

'Property was fantastic! Our grandsons loved the Wii on one day as it was rainy. We all enjoyed the fire pit and outside area. Kitchen area was great. The only thing I would recommend is having a toaster!'

'The people are very nice and there are always rooms avail. I love getting the one with the hot tub in the room. The pool is broken down and gross and probably a mosquito pit. The rooms were cleaned but not very good there was pee on the seat when we came in and the floors were so dirty my feet were black.'

'This is a budget motel in a small town. It is not in a high crime area. If you need a clean, cheap place to stay then this is it. There are no amenities, the walls haven't been painted in decades, the staff is rude but for the price it is worth it as long as the room is clean.'
