'The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. No one came to straighten up our room and get more towels on our second day. The sheets and pillows were stained and so was one of the towels. The shower was yellow and looked very unclean. Toilet is tiny and so low to the ground. The fridge was nice to have. There was also a Kleenex wedged into the peep hole of the door. No idea how long it’s been there but we didn’t want to touch it. If the room was half the price we paid then it wouldn’t be so...

'Overall this is a fine, normal Hampton Inn and we had a good stay. We were upgraded to a better room with spa tub, which was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Few little annoying housekeeping glitches- no available cups or glasses in the bathroom or with the coffeemaker- we had to pick up a couple in the breakfast area ourselves. 'We stayed here for a wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. After driving for over 8 hours, we were so grateful to be able to check in 1.5 hours early. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even making sure our room was adjacent to our friends, which made things so much easier, especially with an event that evening.
