'Great stay, from the start all staff made us feel special But ended on a bad note… The departure was not handled well - no one to help with bags, staff member MIA then advised no bag assistance but made a big deal about coming down to walk us to ferry line! For those who need assistance with bags it apparently is dependent on the ferry used for transfer or whether staff can be bothered.'

'We all had a wonderful time in Hamilton Island. The accommodation was great. Big spacious rooms , nice balcony and incredible view!! Use of the buggy was a breeze and the only way to go on the island. Would definitely stay there again!!'
