'As you are in an Island , you have to rely on their food options and restaurant, this would be shocking when you have a child and been told the food is finished or all the tables have been reserved! they should know how many guest on the Island to ensure the variety and enough food in reasonable prices available for everyone. 'Absolutely loved palm bungalows, really happy with our choice to stay there. Slightly out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main hotel but with access to all the facilities which was perfect for us as a couple. Easily walkable to all the amenities and facilities. Definitely recommend. '

'We had a pleasant night staying at the Grand Central Hotel but there was 2 small issues.
1. No fault of the pub but take ear muffs for a good night sleep. For a small town Proserpines main street is very busy at night.
2. Some advice for the Pub Manager please ad add curtians or block out the small glass panel above the doors of the rooms to block out the hall lights when they come on.

'Het appartement is echt supermooi, ruim, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Goede service bij boeken excursies. Alles is fantastisch. Enige minpuntje is als je na 18u bij aankomst arriveert de sleutels in kluisje te vinden zijn omdat de receptie dan gesloten is. Op zich prima maar als dan blijkt dat de sleutel die je hebt ontvangen kapot is dan is het lastig om iemand te bereiken. Dat was erg vervelend! Het ontbijt is verder prima maar staat niet helemaal in verhouding met kwaliteit...
