  • Gezellige hut met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op de top van de berg. De cabine is perfect van formaat om te ontspannen en op te laden als een paar, of quality time doorbrengen met je vrienden en familie. Ervaar Great Smoky Mountains Railroad in Bryson City, NC (Leer meer over de Indiase cultuur in Cherokee, NC of beproef uw geluk in het casino. Als je buiten bent, zijn er veel wandelstaarten met watervallen en een prachtig uitzicht dat het Smoky Mountains-gebied te bieden heeft. Raften op de rivier. Sluit je nacht af met verhalen bij de open haard, daag iemand uit in de lucht hokey of ontspan in de hot tub. We hopen dat u net zoveel van onze hut houdt als wij!

    Deze hut is ideaal voor een romantisch uitje of een reis met vrienden. De eerste verdieping heeft twee kamers met queensize bedden. De tweede verdieping heeft een kingsize bed in een slaapkamer in "loftstijl" met een stapelbed. De bank boven heeft ook een slaapbank.
    ** Saunagebruik is optioneel tegen betaling ($ 75 / dag voor de duur van het verblijf)

    De hut bevindt zich bovenop de berg op een onverharde weg. !!!!!!! 4x4 ten zeerste aanbevolen !!!!! Als het sneeuwt - 4x4, moeten kettingen de berg op om te genieten van de warmte van de cabine en 270 graden uitzicht. Vergeet niet dat het om een reden "HEAVENS PEAK" wordt genoemd. Moeilijk te bereiken maar de moeite waard.
    *** GEBRUIK GOOGLE MAP-NAVIGATIE. *** ANDERE NAVIGATIE KAN JE OP VERKEERDE MANIER BRENGEN.

    Hoewel we proberen aan alle verzoeken tegemoet te komen, bieden we geen late check-out of vroege check-in. We hebben zoveel mogelijk tijd nodig om de zaken voor onze gasten schoon en netjes te houden.

    Handdoeken en beddengoed worden verstrekt.
    Maar zeep, shampoo, toiletartikelen, specerijen, brandhout en houtskool worden niet verstrekt.
    Moet je afval meenemen !!! Er zijn 2 recycle-verzamelplaatsen die open zijn van ma-za 07.00 - 19.00 uur, zon 13.00 - 17.00 uur meer informatie zal in de cabine zijn.

This cabin was beautiful, family friendly, at the top and very end of the mountain with amazing views. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We were able to make it up the mountain in a Rav 4 without 4WD, although it’s highly recommended. The only weird thing that happened was another family knocked on the door, inquiring about staying in the same place. We notified the host about it but it was no big deal. It was my first Vrbo experience and I would totally stay here again.

This beautiful cabin is located at the top of a mountain, offering breathtaking views. It’s a convenient 20-minute drive from Bryson City, making it a great base for exploring the area. However, be prepared for a steep and windy mountain road, so make sure your vehicle has four-wheel drive.The cabin itself is cozy, but it could use some maintenance. One of the bed frames broke on the first night, and one of the steps on the inside stairs was loose and wobbly. Additionally, you’ll need to bring all your trash with you, as all the dumps were closed on Sunday when we checked out.

Cute, comfortable, happy to not leave once there

This is a very cute and comfortable location. Beautiful views and stunningly cute cabin with all the luxurious you need. The host is very curtiouous and accommodating. This location is the very top of the mountain top so you get that feeling of privacy without being in the middle of nowhere. I would highly recommend this listing, and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful but be prepared for drive!

Our stay was great and as expected! Beware you need a 4x4 to safely access even in beautiful summer weather. We have a smaller front wheel drive SUV and I thought the warning on the mountain road only applied in snow. We almost didn’t make it up the first time and had to leave our non 4x4 car at bottom of mountain second night. Otherwise, beautiful property, well stocked and we had a great time!

True mtn environment

The cabin was beautifully decorated. We loved the wrap around porch with hot tub and cornhole boards set up on porch instead of in the yard. Loved the table to eat out on porch with nice views of mtn. The only downfall was the long gravel road up the mtn,but we knew that when we booked it.

Great house for secluded vacation. Does take a while to get up the mountain(15-20 min) and could be challenging in inclement weather, but was fine in truck and Honda civic. Close to Cherokee, Sylva.

Great little home with lots of potential

Great stay. Overall it was clean and as advertised. Could use a little TLC to bring it to its full potential (light bulbs out, kitchen stools are worn out, some cobwebs, air hockey table broken…), but we had a great time and enjoyed the cabin.

Perfect Getaway With Awesome Views

The cabin was clean and exactly as described. We were lucky enough to rent during the peak season to see the fall color. The views from the cabin were amazing. The drive to the cabin was actually fun for us. The scenery was breathtaking and we spotted several chipmunks each time we went up and down the mountain.

Heavens Peak

Awesome little cabin on the top of the mountain, lot of reviews say the road is really sketchy going up and down but it’s really not that bad. I would recommend a truck or an SUV that has four-wheel-drive just in case

Beautiful View

The property was beautiful, well maintained and home very clean and well stocked. Beds were a little hard but nice and clean. We loved the deck and spent most of our time outside at the large table and chairs also where we ate dinner. The drive up the mountain was a little rough but we did have a 4 wheel drive and made it just fine. Overall I would have to rate it a 5 out of 5 ❤️ We would definitely book it again.

Top of the mountain

The drive up the hill was intimidating, but then I felt foolish when I saw a builder drove a ford fusion up and down everyday. The property was clean and the hot tub was great. I did not try the sauna. The view is incredible as you are at the end of the road all the way at the top. I would stay again, but it would be in the autumn to see the leaves changing colors.

Other than having to haul the trash inside of our packed vehicle to the next town there are no complaints. It’s represented accurately. The trash situation would make me hesitant to rent it again unless I was in a truck.

Drive a 4×4

Wonderful weekend with my brothers!!+ Scenery was everything to us. Everything you need is there except your food of course. The drive up to the place was the only negative thing I have to say. I drove my truck so it wasn't bad however my brother drove his car to save on gas but found out he should have driven his....great stay overall!!

Awesome place!

My wife and I had a great time! We came to ride the train in Bryson City and absolutely loved that! The property is about a 30 minute drive to the train depot. I would highly recommend using 4x4 to get up the driveway because it’s a good hike up the driveway but the scenery is amazing on a clear day! We were able to capture some amazing pictures since the leaves were still very colorful! This property has some of the best places to take pictures that I have seen! The cabin made us feel like we were at home and became very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and anyone who is looking for a fun getaway for a weekend or even a few days!

Heaven’s Peak

The travel up to the cabin can get a little hair raising for a flat lander. 14 degree slope. 2014 Honda CR-V went up like a mule in 1st gear. Going down took a little skill. Pump and Glide, Pump and Glide down the peak. Heavens Peak stay was great. 8 people stayed comfortably for 5 days. Cloud 9 The wildlife wasn’t very active. Seen Elk in Cherokee. Listen to a pack of Wolves fight on the mountain side off the deck. 5/5

Absolutely Amazing

Went with our 5 teenagers and the loved the place. We never left for the two days we were there. The drive up is a bit extreme and something most folks should consider doing during the day and not after having just a beer with dinner. We have a diesel suburban and it was really tight in spots and I just just thankful we didn’t run into another truck going the opposite direction. All that being said, we will absolutely stay again if we have the chance. This time though, we will pack everything we need for the time and just slow things down and enjoy some family time together, literally on top of a mountain! I hope everyone else that stays here enjoys it as much as we did.

Best case scenario in a bad situation

My friends and I traveled on the day hurricane Helene hit. Thankfully we got to the cabin without issue only to find no water, power, or cell service. After dealing with downed power lines and downed trees we finally were able to make it into town to contact our vrbo host. Within hours he showed up with a generator, all the fuel we would need for our stay. It was an insane situation but he really showed up and took care of us The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are spectacular and it's well worth the time it takes to get up to it. Make sure you have four wheel drive. The switchbacks are pretty steep and would be difficult without a decent vehicle.

I didn’t appreciate the garbage situation that was a bit much. It was a big inconvenience having to go take out trash to come back to check out because everything and everyone didn’t fit in my vehicle.
