'Perfect for a trip to Banff, located in the downtown area with all the local restaurants and shops. We loved the hotel, its new and the staff were great even offering us umbrellas as we ventured out in the rain. We will definitely be back here! '

'Fijn hotel aan de hoofdstraat van Banff dus op loopafstand van alles.
Personeel is echt super vriendelijk, zeker bij het ontbijt was dat opvallend. Het ontbijt is overigens ook erg goed.
De hot tubs op de binnenplaats zijn ook heerlijk in de winter. Wel jammer dat veel mensen er keihard in gaan zitten tetteren wat je op je kamer erg hoort
Ik vond alleen de kamer tegenvallen. Enorm klein, en kon wel wat aandacht gebruiken. Kamer zat ook meteen beneden naast de hortus achter een klapdeur...

'Wonderfull stay in Banff. Free parking close to downtown Banff. Clean & modern room. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is fantastic. We got a free drink at the bar and free cookies. The hotel has 2 rooftop hottubs which we really enjoyed. We had a very relaxed stay! Would defenitely come back!! '

But hallways are very very noisy. We had bad luck that we had a group of very inconsistente people that kept shouting and screaming in the hallways but it felt like they were in our room. No sound proofing at all'

'Sony was the person working the front desk and She made us feel very welcomed to the hotel. She answered all our questions and queries, which made our stay Perfect!

Friendly helpful concierge staff to plan and rearrange outings due to weather. You can also borrow hiking sticks and bear spray from the concierge desk if you forget to bring your own. Hotel currently undergoing renovations so view from room not so great but did not affect stay due to being out all day during the day with activities. Glad we chose this...

'Great hotel. Bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. Very clean. Amazing service. Such a fun hotel!! I had hoped for breakfast to be included but everything else made up for that. Would definitely stay again!! Just a little constructive criticism…maybe add a towel hook by the sink in the toilet room. My kids couldn’t reach the shelf above the toilet. Also include 2 bars of soap instead of just one since there are 3 sinks 😉 But seriously loved it!!'

"Very comfortable and warm Lodge for our winter stay in Banff. Nice and spacious room and the lobby felt very welcoming with the fireplace.
Beds slept well and we loved the hot tub at the end of a cold winter day outside.
