'None working air conditioners in many rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor, as front desk staff checked multiple rooms. (Rooms do not have separate air conditioning and yet the main hotel air system seemed not working to distribute cool air to each of rooms as only air blowing through). Spent a hot night with windows fully opening not even cooling down by fresh air. Streets were so noisy. We booked 2 king sized bed as advertised but endup as 2 twin beds.
