'Great place to stay for '

'We loved staying here! My girlfriend and I stayed here on New Year's Eve and had a great stay. The inn is quaint and quiet, which made for a really pleasant way to ring in the new year. The room we had was very comfortable and unique. We drank wine at the wine bar in the lobby for most of our evening, and sat by the fireplace in our room for the rest of the time. Breakfast in the morning was really tasty as well, with a lot of different options. We would highly recommend this place to anyone...

'We were given a handicapped room (not requested). The shower leaked onto the floor and the handheld sprayer did not have a hook or adjustable rod to raise the shower head. We ended up not using the shower the second night. '

'Going back in time!! Very friendly staff. A great place to stay! Not the modern stuff, no TV at the room! WiFi is ok. Just one hour away from SF. And an whole other world! Like going back to the 60ies!!'

'A guest beneath us smoked marijuana for over an hour, and the smoke filled our room while we had our 8-month-old baby with us. We called the front desk twice and nothing was done. When my husband spoke to the front desk manager , she was rude and unprofessional and did not handle the situation appropriately. The issue was only addressed after escalation, but by then our stay was already disrupted. We also followed up afterward and did not receive a proper resolution.'

'We had a very nice stay at Lodge at Bodega Bay. The room we booked was not available on our date due to construction but guest services contacted me ahead of time and made accommodations that we were happy with and included an extra welcome gift. The premises is beautiful and we enjoyed the bocce ball court and the Drake's Restaurant. A very nice place for a special celebration getaway!'

'Only negative is the third bed was not made and we had only 2 sets of towels. After asking we tot the art of towels and linnen but had to make the bed ourself'

'The hotel we booked wasnt wver open. I had to go to thw nextbdoor hotel to check in. The office was a mess. Dirty. Our room was the grossest room id ever stayed in. The room was dirty, jad the nastiest smell the bathtub/ shower was disgusting. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. Had to use my own blankets on the bed. Wasn't sure what to expect on the bed itself. I will never book another room here and would not recommend anyone else either. '

'Staff were friendly but clientele was scary. There were people yelling in the middle of the night and those of us who were trying to have a good nights sleep and head out were woken up and scared. Please clean this place up. '

'Room smelled of sewage. The bathroom was very small with a sliding door. We got the room because we saw a jacuzzi/spa in the listing, but it wasn’t running. Bummer! The speak easy was very cool though and the included breakfast was a plus.'
