Mooie 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, volledig ingericht in uitstekende staat. Perfect gelegen in het dorp Fernandina, bent u slechts een korte golfkar (inbegrepen met afstandsverklaring!) rijden weg van het Bradenton Village Center, de Gilchrist en Manatee Recreational Centres, en de Bonifay Country Club, onder anderen.

Eigenschap wordt geleverd met alles wat u nodig heeft, waaronder wi-fi, een gas golfkar en een propaangrill.

Dorpenactiviteiten omvatten golf, augurk, tennis, zwembad, yoga, tai chi, boogschieten, biljart, enz. Enz. Enz.

Dit huis is net beschikbaar geworden maar zal niet lang beschikbaar zijn.

Opmerking: mogelijk ziet u de laatste dag van elke maand als 'niet beschikbaar'. Deze dag is gereserveerd voor huis schoonmaken. Als u twee of meer opeenvolgende maanden huurt, neem dan contact met mij op en ik zal de schoonmaakdag 'beschikbaar' maken.

Villages Vacation

Everything was as advertised it was a perfect place to get a feel for villages life. Several rec centers and country clubs nearby with pools and many other activites. Music in the town squares every night and the golf cart was all that was needed for transportation.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Our trip to The Villages was AMAZING! The golf cart was definitely a highlight of our vacation. We enjoyed exploring during the day and returning “home” at night. The owner was super responsive. We would return to this home if visiting there again.

Pools and pickleball!

The house was great; clean, comfortable, well equipped. Multiple pools and neighborhood recreation centers to choose from (we actually rotated 3; all in close proximity). Brownwood village square is nearest and is a bit of a golfcart ride , but very doable ( music was great every night!). I'm not golfing now so sorry, no impressions (although we did do a nice lunch at a couple country clubs).

Absolutely Loved our visit

Let me start by saying that Jim and Dee are absolutely the best VRBO owners we have ever met. Excellent communication right from the start and all through the rental. I wish I could comment on how responsive they were to any issues that would arise during the stay, but to be totally honest, we didn't have even one issue to bring to them during our 2 week stay. The Villa was perfect and we never encountered anything that needed attention. I like to cook and the Villa was so well equipped for literally anything I wanted to make. From the nice Weber grill to the pots/pans/flatware dishes and glasses. There was a nice stock of spices for our use and plenty of foils/wraps, etc. The Villa was spotless when we arrived. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the place had a nice homey feel to it. It is nicely located within walking distance of Golf, pools and pickleball, which we spent a lot of time at. The use of the golf cart was awesome as we did not rent a car for our stay. Everything we needed was a walk or cart ride away. Oh and did I mention how nice the owners were? Please do not hesitate booking this wonderful Villa in the Villages.

Perfect central Florida community

Stayed here for our honeymoon for 2 weeks, we're not big on over populated crowded areas. The villages were cute, seems fun and plenty to do. It was fun to drive around in the golf cart the whole time if you're in the villages. If you stay I recommend paying the 7.00 for the golf cart GPS app to navigate the trails. Might have to come back because we didn't get to do everything. Jim was great with communication. Well decorated place that feels like home.

Listing was accurate. House was in a very convient location. Everything was perfect, including the comfortable bed. Golf cart was in excellent condition. Jim was extremely easy to communicate with. Great place with many little touches

Matched listing well. We enjoyed using the golf cart and checking out the amenities such as live music since Jim got us guest passes. Family pool is about 1/4 mile away. If you have small kids, you'll want to move some decorations out of reach, but there is plenty of storage space to do this. Jim is clearly an experienced host and if you need some item while there, it's probably already in the home. FAQs are addressed in the binder. There is a short nature trail not too far away in the Fenny neighborhood where you can often see alligators.

The amenities at the villages are better than Disneyland for kids there is so much to do and see. All three town centers have live entertainment 165 days a year. There are pools in shuffleboard etc. everywhere Pickleball Panis softball basketball polo are all here.
