'Second visit to this property & it’s just as immaculate as the first visit two years ago, home away from home for us, we enjoyed plenty of cycling with Sumter Landing Cycling Club, tennis & dining @ various restaurants. 'The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. 'Penny Lane worked really well for us because we were visiting family nearby. We appreciated that this home is in the Villages because there is so much to do (or not do) depending on how each day unfolded. Also, we have a dog that we preferred to take with us on this trip and Megan & Kevin not only allowed him, but were sweetly welcoming about him staying too!! This was a massive win for us!! 'We were there for a family celebration. The location was perfect for us as the celebration was within walking distance! Grandsons enjoyed the pool just a block away. The home was very clean and supplied all linens and towels.'

'This home was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. It was close proximity to all of the Town Squares where we enjoyed Live Music and dancing in the center of the square. Many places were nearby for all kinds of shopping. We enjoyed playing pickleball at several of the recreation centers. The swimming pool areas were nice and relaxing.'
