'Knus hotel in schattig, Amerikaans dorpje. Kamer ziet er prima uit, wel aan de kleine kant. Badkamer is gescheiden van de kamers, maar voldoet aan alle eisen. Wifi werkt uitstekend. Enige nadeel is gehorigheid, zowel van binnen het hotel als van buiten. '

'Welcoming staff and nice location. But the property is very old and the rooms have a very upcycled, refurbished vibe. For a pricey hotel, I would have expected a bit nicer. Location is pretty, cool boardwalk with shops. But the noise from traffic, boats, and trains begins around 6 am and is impossible to sleep through. Valet only parking is also kind of cumbersome. Overall a decent stay. '

'Clean spacious room with shower/tun combo. Large TV (bigger than 36” in the room amenities) quiet room coffee and tea service in the room. The only issue I had was the staff not contacting me when my room was available like they said they would and the general woman’s bathroom not having any soap in it and I was told that I it wouldn’t be any soap into the Housekeeping person came in at 2pm (it was around 12pm) I was offered sanitizer that was at the front desk for the workers but had barely any...

'the hotel is undergoing a remodel that is distracting. the staff is good and managing well under the circumstances. the remodel has lost the old charm an ambience that made the Heathman special.'
