'Great valet service although I walked to my car instead of valet when I took it out. Either way, the valet staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Shuttle driver Jason was super good guy and deserves a raise. Extremely professional and courteous. Rooms are nice although the air conditioning is poor. Room extremely hot all night. Bar tender in lobby was rude. Hotel is outside of Lexington, no way to walk to downtown from hotel.'

'This hotel is in a great location. It was a really clean room and very big. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be, they don't validate your parking, so I had to pay $22 a night even though I was staying at the hotel. I feel like the room cost plenty without having to pay for a parking spot as well.'

'Beautiful lobby, rooms, pool, and fitness center. It is in the edge of the “pretty” part of town, and that was the only drawback. Still, we had a great time there.'

'The room needs some updates. I always think rooms need chairs r placed when they are worn to the point of having torn fabric, let's do better! Also when you provide rooms for four adults, they should have two queens at the very least, not full size beds. I was disappointed. Otherwise nice place to stay!'
