'The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. '

'The condo was even more beautiful and accessible than I thought it would be by the pictures. While the owner of the properties (Grand Traverse Resort) no longer allows use of fireplaces, and that was a big reason I chose this spot, folks at True North were responsive in hearing my disappointment. Everything was very clean, spacious and relaxing. Great location. Easy to get to wineries, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely rent from this company and at this location again.'
