'This is a great hotel. The lobby is lovely and there were three very professional check in clerks. The room was well appointed, mattress was very comfortable and the pillows soft. The a/c was good with making noise. Water was hot and the drains ran quickly. The area for the breakfast is like a restaurant rather than having the free breakfast in the lobby. Omlets are made to order, bacon was crisp. I would easily stay here again'

'The place is beautiful and elegant without being pretentious. The decor is on point with a very nostalgic feel. It is like entering a hotel in the 30s. Just gorgeous. I love that the integrity of the design remained. The only thing I would suggest is getting valet parking. It is a bit uncomfortable to get there and carry all your luggage from a block away because there is no actual hotel parking or valet. It still didnt deter me from giving them a perfect score. I would visit again.'

'Mattresses are fairly hard, not firm, i do mean hard. Showers are excellent heat and pressure. Staff is doing their best. Housecleaning is only every 2 weeks. I was there 3 and never did receive a turnover. Cable and Internet were out my last 4 days. '
