'Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. '

'You need to know that for late night check ins you must go in through the pub. It's a little worn out but not the end of the world. Shower tap handles fall off. The sofa bed mattress is in terrible condition. Everything else is fine for a budget. Air con worked, not too noisy, large enough. '

'Everything about this accomodation is excellent. The location is superb with the tram right outside the front door and its proximity to the city and riverside. If you are visiting the city, save some money on car rental and just stay here. Within walking distance to an abundance of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, and all of the festivities along the riverside. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again. '

'Our room was gratefully upgraded so we had a view of the water and city. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Water is provided free of charge but on tap from the bar on level 7 so you need an empty water bottle. We love staying here because of the location and the buffet breakfast has all our favourites - hot staples, bakery, fruit fruit & yoghurt. Staff are always friendly and will to assist. 'Location was good for access to the tram, room kitchen contents was mixed as was cleanliness as I was not happy with the initial room we were given. The bed was extremely comfortable and hot water aplenty. Free laundry room. Overall good value for money and the gentlemen on reception were helpful and friendly.'

'Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...
