'Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. 'It was a lovely property setting in rural Vermont. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. It was incredible clean and had space outside for activities and sitting. Though it was quiet at night the upstairs guests could be heard when walking around and on a rare occasion when they were talking. I grew up in Vermont and know the area well. It has easy access to Shelburne and Burlington. I would stay here again when visiting family.'

'Everything about the stay was excellent. Everything needed was provided and response from the hosts almost immediate. The property is in a quirky, but safe part of town. My only hesitation is parking can be interesting as it's entirely on-street, but we always found a spot no further than a block or two away.'

'We stayed in the suite and were extremely pleased with our accommodations! Everything was spacious, well stocked, and clean. And if you’re into rock ‘n’ roll history, the suite is like a mini museum with tons of interesting picture/posters – just asked Bill and he’ll give you some great stories! The guest house is just a few minutes walk from town, so very convenient. We highly recommend!'

'Our room was lovely with access to a beautiful porch with fabulous lake view. The room was also very comfortable and an adequate breakfast with coffee maker is available and always well stocked. There is no reception desk so we never encountered any one working there.'
